But people just want to lose weight and eat their cake too. It’s taken me almost a year so I understand the struggle of giving up all the rich, creamy, fattening stuff -- but now I love my veggies just steamed, and a fresh piece of fruit is awesome (who needs pie). If more people took the time to retrain their taste buds, they wouldn’t have as many problems trying to diet. Lady Rose You are so right! But people just want to lose weight and eat their cake too.
