Stay TunedBy Greg Todd
It’s been 100 degrees here every day for over two weeks straight. Hot weather wipes me out. Until it cools off, which I hope will be soon, I’m not exercising. Or doing much of anything besides writing, delivering, and taking care of the goats. But I haven’t quit. And I’m staying at right around 280, which is a great thing. If I can get it off I can keep it off. Keep your fingers crossed for cooler weather! I’ll be back soon enough. I’m still shooting for 100 pounds off, but I don’t think I’m going to do it in a year.

Go for 50 lbs by New Years! You got the time.
How nice to start the New Year at a lean, mean 250 lbs! Halfway to where you want to be. A huge 50 lbs sack off of your back and ankles, making exercise that much easier.
I was at 260 lbs at my heaviest. I am now almost 185 lbs.

In such conditions I find that the evening is the best time to try to do anything. Drink water. More than normal, in fact, so as to not dehydrate.
Other than that is there anywhere where you can swim? Swimming can be a great way to cool off and a good low impact work out too.
